Grey House is the renovation of an abandoned shepherd’s hut in the Pas Valley area of Cantabria into a house for a young family. Scale is a term that has dominated the architectural profession for as long as built structures have existed. This outdoor living space on the exceptionally large plot in Nederweert separates the front yard from the back yard and the garden. The CM house is designed to have a simple volume with personality. The idea is that the house would be developed in a single block and that this monolithic volume would be broken up with some interventions on the facades. The client asked for a building with two twin apartments, one on top of the other, as the first of two projects to take place on the two last vacant plots of land in the neighborhood, which belong to two brothers.  A duplex solution was proposed instead, in order to preserve the relationship that all the other houses in the area still have with the street. Maharishi Vidya Mandir School is a CBSE school building in Periamet,Chennai. The school is designed for about 2400 children. The efficiencies of designing and constructing a building had to be balanced with what we believed in: creating a warm, playful and welcoming environment for these young children that would be filled with natural light and ventilation. Zapiola 301 is a ten-unit apartment building located in the Colegiales neighborhood, of Buenos Aires. The project is implanted on a lot with access through Zapiola street, bordering Plaza de Los Colegiales, which is part of a large system of parks, squares, and infrastructure between the streets Matienzo, Cramer, Álvarez Thomas, and Dorrego. The renovation project of this house built in the 1980s kept and complemented the concrete structure of the lower floor and part of the structure of the existing pool. The Bizkaia tower is a building whose construction ended in 1969. It was originally intended for office use, housing the headquarters of the Bilbao Vizcaya bank. Nova is a 21st-century nursery, it is a unique project integrating from its conception the Playful Roaming pedagogy developed by the specialist in early childhood, Laurence Rameau. MVRDV, along with co-architects ALL for real estate developer Groupe Giboire, has completed Ascension Paysagère, a residential complex at the confluence of two rivers in the west of Rennes, France. The concept consists of the renovation of rural architecture and the demolition of an adjacent volume built in the Sixties. The Paseo la Plaza has always captivated us locals for its enigmatic urban space, whose language empathizes with the collective imaginary of the heterogeneous nature of a city, especially one like Buenos Aires. As its name suggests, the prevailing emptiness, air, and vegetation literally illustrate the identity of the square.  Its alleys of cobblestones surround the theaters and each building has an identity that clearly emulates an old village. It is in this unique attribute so valued by the consumer that we analyze how we can integrate a new identity. The client, a family of three, started the project as a property developer. Halfway through the design, they loved it so much that they decided to make it their own house. While not forgetting the investment factor (maximising the floor space was a must), we dove deep into understanding their personalities. Exploring their interest in spirituality and meditation, we agreed that the house should become their private sanctuary - protective, calm and serene. In 2015 Carve and Playpoint won a tender for an adventurous sliding attraction inside the Jewel Changi Airport development, designed by Moshe Safdie Architects. The attraction is located in Canopy Park on the highest level of the new development, which includes a shopping mall, attraction park, and a garden, all in front of Terminal 1. In this canopied park, more than 1400 trees and palms will be housed alongside many other attractions. Danish architecture office CEBRA won the competition to design a new landmark in the capital of Albania, Tirana. While located in the heart of the city, the project takes inspiration from the natural landscape surrounding the city, thus celebrating Albania's national identity and cultural heritage. The meld of French, Spanish, and Caribbean architectural influences, in conjunction with the demands of the hot and humid climate, has impacted the urban fabric as much as the culture itself. What does the usual construction of family houses in South Bohemian villages look like? Find the smallest possible plot of land, often in the forecourt of a large property. Build a small square house with a hipped roof on it as quickly as possible. Decorate it with burgundy concrete roof tiles and a blue or greenish facade. The plot, very long but nevertheless wide, faced the street in the low level and a big field in the high level. This difference of  heights creates a big difference of quadrats, almost creating two separate worlds in the same plot. The existing house in schist holds a romanic church capitel in its facade and arose an initial debate of how to preserve it with the local authorities, due the state of total ruin and the intentions to extend the house to more than its double . http://dlvr.it/SZT01t

AN 867 is a vertical development located in the State of Mexico in a residential area to the west of Mexico City. The project seeks to adapt to the environment with the use of sober materials such as concrete and natural pine wood. The building is located on a 268m2 area of land and has 4 levels of apartments and two basements for parking. The building has an access patio that is at a lower level than the street, through which there is access to a lobby that connects with both parking levels.
