Grey House is the renovation of an abandoned shepherd’s hut in the Pas Valley area of Cantabria into a house for a young family. In the original building, the ground floor was occupied by a team of ten milk cows, while the upper floor contained minimal dwelling facilities for the shepherd and a large space for the storage of hay. http://dlvr.it/SbzLxw

The existing building from the 1970s is part of a settlement, which is affected by the same building type of houses. These prototypes are placed more or less without regard to their orientation, the terrain, or the position of next-door houses. As two of the facades are windowless the house reminds more of a row house than of a free-standing house. The administrative building is located at 12, rue des Mérovingiens in Bertrange, in the heart of the Bourmicht business park. This four-story building is built on two basement levels and will house 7500m2 of retail, office, and underground parking space. http://dlvr.it/SbrGbw

This outdoor living space on the exceptionally large plot in Nederweert separates the front yard from the back yard and the garden. The storage room was already there, but the residents wanted to create a comfortable outdoor area with enough space to eat together or throw a party. http://dlvr.it/Sbn8mb

The CM house is designed to have a simple volume with personality. The idea is that the house would be developed in a single block and that this monolithic volume would be broken up with some interventions on the facades. The client asked for a building with two twin apartments, one on top of the other, as the first of two projects to take place on the two last vacant plots of land in the neighborhood, which belong to two brothers.  A duplex solution was proposed instead, in order to preserve the relationship that all the other houses in the area still have with the street. Thus, the property´s 10-meter frontage is divided in two which results in narrow and deep floorplans with ample open spaces in front and in the back, this allows for an ideal combination of contact of the first floor with the ground and the privacy that the second floor provides.  http://dlvr.it/SbbwnN
