SA43 Apartments Project represents how to create unity on a plot of land in Budapest with vastly diverse features, with a complex client demand by the hand of young architects, on the superficial and sales-based Hungarian market of contemporary condominiums. SA43 Apartments Project aimed to bring a higher architectural quality to the medium-sized housing market in Hungary. This could be achieved with the close and continuous collaboration between the design team, builder and client started early on the conceptual phase.

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. “Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary.
