Lindower 22 is one of the first industrial redevelopment projects in the historic working-class district of Wedding in West Berlin and involves the redevelopment of the former Max Hasse Machinen Fabrik, an early 20th-century redbrick industrial complex. With the decline of old industries, it was initially left behind by the regeneration processes following the 1990s, which instead touched the other districts of Berlin.

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. The horizontal block almost grows into the green slope, it also establishes a dialogue with the river, which becomes an important point of reference. http://dlvr.it/Sq1cPn

“Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary. The functional area for the focused work area has desks, a conference room, and 2 private rooms. The living area facilitates working in a way that feels like relaxing at home. http://dlvr.it/SGyTtr
