The brief was for a multi-generational home for three households - the client’s young family with a child, their parents, and their aunt – with private spaces, common spaces and generous greenery. We formulated the parti as a landscape double skin enveloping three levels of habitable spaces and punctured by a vertical landscaped courtyard. The first level is for communal use, second for the elderly parents and aunt, and the third level for the young family with their own private door and staircase. A roof garden caps the building.

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. The horizontal block almost grows into the green slope, it also establishes a dialogue with the river, which becomes an important point of reference. http://dlvr.it/Sq1cPn

“Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary. The functional area for the focused work area has desks, a conference room, and 2 private rooms. The living area facilitates working in a way that feels like relaxing at home. http://dlvr.it/SGyTtr
