By Jimena Hogrebe. Hilda went looking for a change of lifestyle in San Miguel de Allende and ended up creating El Recinto. Located on an elongated and deep lot, it was conceived with a public first floor and a private second floor with three rooms. Over time she imagined that the project could become a place of communion and wanted it to grow to receive family, friends, residents, and travelers. Eight independent rooms were added, two at the front and six at the back. This way, the small complex became a place adaptable to different dwellings.

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. The horizontal block almost grows into the green slope, it also establishes a dialogue with the river, which becomes an important point of reference. http://dlvr.it/Sq1cPn

“Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary. The functional area for the focused work area has desks, a conference room, and 2 private rooms. The living area facilitates working in a way that feels like relaxing at home. http://dlvr.it/SGyTtr
