‘When I was serving as a rookie private in the Korean army I made a good friend with a sergeant who was very kind and open-minded,’ explains moon hoon, who designed the project alongside moohoi. ‘We ran into each other a few years ago on the street near my home and was informed that he had started a sesame oil business which was based on a new approach. To my surprise, in 2017, he visited my office and commissioned a headquarters building for his business, which included a flagship store and a factory.’

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. “Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary.
