A new public realm. Arcloud is a large mixed-use development located at the foot of the Geomdansan mountain on the eastern edge of Seoul. The entire development - a mix of larger housing blocks, single-family units, commercial, recreational, and educational facilities. The Arcloud shopping mall, its name somewhat deceiving, since it encompasses much more: it is a modern hybrid city block, a stacked city that combines retail, housing, public facilities, underground parking, rooftop parks, and a central plaza- aiming to become the lively center of this new Seoul residential area.

35:35 Slope House / 77 Studio architecture

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. The horizontal block almost grows into the green slope, it also establishes a dialogue with the river, which becomes an important point of reference. http://dlvr.it/Sq1cPn

“Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary. The functional area for the focused work area has desks, a conference room, and 2 private rooms. The living area facilitates working in a way that feels like relaxing at home. http://dlvr.it/SGyTtr
