Sukchulmok studio defines a formative vocabulary by adding a modern gesture to the old building built in 1983. The project space, located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, is a common detached house in Korea in the 1980s and has a brick skin that is used less today. Everywhere, you can see traces of expanding the space or supplementing the damaged area, suggesting that the time has been spent according to the purpose and user. Sukchulmok preserves the previous traces of old buildings that have been added as needed and induce projects to have aesthetic harmony.

The view from this house is simply breathtaking. It has been built on an escarpment by the Vistula River. “35:35 Slope House” built on an escarpment is the latest design by Polish 77 Studio Architecture studio in Warsaw. The building is an example of the conscious use of unique natural values. “Co-living & co-creating” is the theme of coworking company TOMORE’s pilot space (dubbed “0”). Tomore plans to add a share house to the coworking area in its first official space (dubbed “1”). In planning TOMORE’s 0 space, we needed to account for the living space that would be added to future spaces, so 2 separate areas were necessary.
